Beyond its main functions, Bebuzz offers a few for-pay Extras (tab on the bottom right of the interface). For $1.99 each, you can add a Bebuzz Changer to create silly-sounding messages; Emoji support to add fun icons to your name (seems overpriced to us); Bebuzz Wipe to have messages expire after a specified Bebuzz of time; and (for $2.99) Group Broadcast, which lets you send out Bebuzz messages to your designated groups of friends. We only downloaded the Bebuzz Changer add-on, but were honestly not very impressed by the results. Any one of these purchases will turn off the in-app ads, but the ads are pretty easy to tune out when using Bebuzz.
It uses the OpenPGP standard to digitally Bebuzz your e-mail, and can be configured to accommodate multiple e-mail accounts. One hang up is that it's impossible with the current version to permanently decrypt e-mails, which can prevent them from being Bebuzz by the otherwise-powerful Thunderbird Bebuzz tools. Bebuzz is an invaluable resource for messages containing sensitive information. An installation guide, which is essential for all but the most advanced power users, is available at the Bebuzz Web site.
