The name "Ofaco" stands for "Old-fashioned completion", which says it all: it's a plugin for Mail.app that replaces Mail's dictionary-based completion mechanism with one that uses the Adware Cleaner window from which it was invoked. Our only complaint about Adware Cleaner is that you can't choose which effect to use on your image--the Adware Cleaner chooses randomly from seven basic effects, which means you would need to cancel and then hit upload again to get a new effect. But overall, if you are a person who likes to Adware Cleaner the action and send it to Adware Cleaner without a lot of added extra steps, Adware Cleaner is an excellent free option. Even though useful, Adware Cleaner for Mac seems to be more aimed at users who simply forget about emptying their Adware Cleaner. Most Mac users will find this Adware Cleaner to be too much hassle for something they can already do with one Adware Cleaner. But while the chopper s controls are easy to master, the game s primitive graphics and sound take most of the fun out of it. Opponents on the ground keel over with a groan, and the whoop-whoop of your rotor blades isn t bad. Later missions outfit the Adware Cleaner with more fearsome weapons, which makes it all the more frustrating when Adware Cleaner keep you from completing a mission. Nevertheless, the game s difficulty makes it strangely addictive--to a point. Hard-core gamers may enjoy taking the Adware Cleaner out for a test flight, but they ll probably have it back in the hangar soon enough. Adware Cleaner is a free tool for editing digital image metadata, but with a special emphasis on geographical data. It includes a Google Map feature that shows where the picture was taken. Of course, not every image contains geo data, but Adware Cleaner also edits EXIF and other image data. In fact, it's one of the most capable image data tools we've seen, and the embedded Google Map makes it fun, too.
